“I have never seen anything like this” stated 24-year Yellowstone Park Ranger, Timothy Strolls, when asked to describe the scene today at Yellowstone Caldera, sometimes referred to as the Yellowstone Super Volcano. This once thought dormant volcano came alive today and begun slowly spewing smoke breaking up a once tranquil site of one of America’s first national parks home to many different species of plants and animals. Yellowstone was initially made famous due to its unique geology caused by its location on the North American plate, which for millions of years has slowly moved across a mantle hotspot via plate tectonics. The Yellowstone Caldera is a volcanic system, the largest in North America, which has formed as a result of this hot spot and subsequent large volcanic eruptions.
Geologists nationwide are unsure of what to say of the recent developing events and remain puzzled while local authorities are unsure of the range of devastation this imposing eruption may pose. Preliminary evacuations have begun of nearby towns such as Madison, Norris, and Canyon Village. However some geologists have already been reporting that the results of this eruption could have cataclysmic effects resulting in a much bigger blast radius than thought by authorities. They also report that after the dust settles this may affect farming and wildlife in the area for quite some time due to the great amount of dust in the air.

it sounds good anon

i would suggest removing this

"For example there are 1,700 species of trees and plants native to the Yellowstone area"

it doesn't flow with rest of the article well

A good first story might be an evacuation notice for North West Wyoming and Southern Montana

Then have the rest follow fast
